To place an order, you need to create an account with us using your email id and a password. Then, pick a product of your choice. If you wish to purchase, choose the product and click on ‘BUY NOW’. If you want to purchase other products, choose ‘ADD TO CART’ and click on ‘VIEW CART’. Click on ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’. Check that you have filled all details such as address and contact number required for the delivery of your order. Choose your convenient payment option. By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, choose ‘PLACE ORDER’. For any further questions, you can mail us to [email protected]

Yes, you can do this by filling in your address as the 'Billing address', and the address you wish to ship it to, as the 'Shipping address'.

Once you click on the product link, you will find a tab with instructions on ‘How to Use’. You can also drop us a mail at [email protected]

Our product is designed to be used at night before going to bed for best results.

We recommend you retain the product in the foam box provided and store it in a warm, dry place.

Since our product is almost 100% natural fatty matter (oil) without added stabilizers/additives, at colder temperatures it tends to solidify. In such case, we recommend you to carefully place bottle in a bowl of warm water until it re-liquifies and then use. It is ideal you store the bottle back in the foam box to minimize solidifying.

The list of ingredients is printed on the box and that image is available on the product pages. The ingredients are also available on the Description tab. Our ingredients are 100% natural and safe to use (dermatologically tested to be safe).

While all the ingredients are natural and dermatologically tested to be safe, a patch test is always recommended before beginning any new skincare product. If your skin is allergic or irritated with the product, cease use immediately.

No, we do not test our products on animals. We are 100% cruelty free.

We ship our products within 1-2 business days and ship them by surface/air courier from
our Chennai factory. Transit time is dependent on your location.

No, at present we do not accept international orders. We ship all across India.

No, once an order is placed, we cannot make any changes. We suggest you cancel the order by writing to us and place a new order with your desired changes.
