Returns
We understand that purchasing personal care products is an emotive decision and emotions ebb and flow. Your happiness is important to us, and we will always endeavor to keep you happy!
You will be eligible for a full refund (no questions asked!) if the product you ordered is returned within 14 days from the date of purchase in an unopened, originally packed condition along with the original invoice. Return postage shall be prepaid by you.
You will also be eligible for a full refund if any of the following has happened:
- Product is received by you in a damaged condition
- A wrong or expired product is received by you
All returns shall be on return postage prepaid basis along with original invoice and securely packed original condition.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at [email protected] along with a description of the issue and photographs, as applicable. If your return is accepted, you will receive a notification via email. You may then send your package, as per our instructions, to the following address: Avala Labs Private Limited, K27, 2nd Floor, 9th Street, Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai 600058, Tamilnadu. Products sent back to us without our return acceptance notification email will not be accepted by us.

Exchange
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Regrettably, we do not offer any exchange.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the product you have returned to us, we will notify you whether the refund is approved or not. If approved, the refund shall be automatically credited on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. No cash refunds will be made.
